Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to sceneswap.app, SceneSwap video-generation features, connected account and billing services, and support interactions. Third-party services such as sign-in, payment, hosting, AI processing, analytics, and advertising providers may have their own privacy policies.
Uploaded media, prompts, and generated videos
When you submit an image, prompt, or generation request, SceneSwap processes that content to provide the requested AI video scene. Your request may be sent to configured AI infrastructure and service providers needed to complete generation.
Authenticated generation history and result records may be stored so you can revisit or manage your work. Do not submit personal, confidential, or copyrighted material unless you have permission.
Account and sign-in information
When you sign in, we may process the identity information you authorize, such as an account identifier, name, email address, profile image, authentication tokens, and sign-in timestamps. We use it to authenticate you, associate usage or purchases with your account, prevent abuse, and provide account features.
Usage, payments, and orders
Our services may process your account ID, plan or entitlement status, usage counts, timestamps, and security events to provide the service and enforce limits.
When you purchase a plan, we and the payment provider may process your account identifier, email address, selected plan, currency, amount, tax information, transaction reference, payment status, and renewal dates. Complete payment-card details are handled by the payment provider.
Website, device, and diagnostic information
We and infrastructure providers may process your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, cookie or local-storage identifiers, response status, and security or diagnostic logs. We use this information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Support communications
If you contact support, we process your email address, message, attachments you choose to send, and information needed to respond. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The website may use essential storage for authentication, preferences, usage, and security. It may also use analytics or advertising services that process cookies, pixels, IP addresses, device identifiers, approximate location, visits, and interactions. Depending on your location and applicable law, we may request consent before using non-essential technologies.
How information is shared
We share the minimum information needed with providers supporting hosting, authentication, AI processing, payment processing, customer support, security, analytics, and advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain uploaded content, generation history, account, transaction, support, security, and processing records only as long as reasonably needed for service operation, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections for sensitive data. No system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can stop using the service, manage browser storage, cancel future renewals, delete available history, request account deletion, or contact us about eligible access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent rights. Some billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may need to be retained. Send privacy requests to [email protected].
Children, international processing, and changes
SceneSwap is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and law. We may update this policy when the product, providers, data flows, or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
