By accessing sceneswap.app, submitting a generation request, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and follow the laws that apply to you.

The SceneSwap service
SceneSwap uses AI to transform submitted images and instructions into video scenes and related creative outputs. Features, output quality, supported browsers, usage limits, and third-party provider availability may change.
AI output is creative assistance and is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, suitable for every purpose, or free from unintended artifacts. Review every result before sharing or relying on it.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights you have in media and prompts you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for uploaded images, names, likenesses, trademarks, music, and other material. Do not submit confidential information or content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
License and ownership
Subject to these Terms and your applicable plan, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and released features for personal or internal business purposes. SceneSwap software, design, branding, documentation, and service materials remain owned by us or our licensors.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for your own projects. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, bypass usage controls, or create a competing service from protected parts of SceneSwap.
Accounts and security
Keep your account, browser profile, device, and session secure. Provide accurate account and billing information, do not share paid access outside permitted use, and notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized account or payment activity.
Free access, paid plans, and billing
The Pricing page describes the plans and usage access currently offered. Prices are shown in USD before applicable taxes unless checkout says otherwise. Paid access begins after payment confirmation. Subscriptions, if offered, renew at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until canceled. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit content without the authorization needed to use it.
- Do not use SceneSwap to violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or other laws.
- Do not introduce malware, evade security controls, impersonate another person, abuse authentication, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use automated activity to overload sceneswap.app, payment systems, AI providers, or other third-party services.
- Do not resell access, bypass plan limits, or misrepresent SceneSwap as professional, safety-critical, or guaranteed advice.
Third-party services
SceneSwap relies on third-party products such as hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, advertising, and AI processing services. Their services are governed by their own terms and can change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue functionality without our control.
Availability and termination
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or access when reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, third-party changes, or business operations. You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal necessity, or material violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SceneSwap is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every browser or device, a particular result, or suitability for a particular professional, legal, or regulatory requirement. These disclaimers do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, SceneSwap and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SceneSwap during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes, questions, and disputes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date on sceneswap.app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact [email protected] and provide enough information for us to try to resolve the issue.
